I never received A Shadowy Invitation quest . It never automatically popped up for me. And when I try to access it vie Adventurer’s Journal the button does nothing.
Have u checked the warboard or chromie time SL is now chromie.
The quest is the start of the new storyline in Patch 11.2, which introduces the zone of K’aresh. I don’t think Chromie or the board offers it. Something about getting it when you log in or Adventure Journal but neither works.
Sorry my bad have u completed all teh chapters up to this point maybe thats the issue.
Its also possible ur quest log is full.

Yesterday on an alt, I got it directly from Alleria who is standing inside the main building in Dornagol. Locus Walker is also standing next to her, which is who she refers you to. I couldn’t figure out how to start it either on this alt, but realized the quest was right there, having never auto-popped up.

If I recall correctly, I believe you have to complete the level up campaign on at least one character in order to have that quest available. You appear to be on Hallowfall Arathi campaign 0/3 on your Druid.
The campaign skip, which I believe you get when you complete Surface Bound, should then allow other qualifying characters to skip the campaign and get that quest immediately when they hit 80.
Someone correct me if I am misremembering.
