Can't skip Kyrian campaign after mistakenly finishing a quest

Here is a very detailed report with repro steps. I’d like SOME attention on this to know that is actually going to get fixed because I literally cannot play right now.

Covenant sanctum completely bugged. No access to soulforge. Can't use any soulbinds. Trivial Repro steps
