I have the proper handle with hacks in the name, but still getting unrecognized error.
Edit: To be absoluetly precise I clicked on the email handle on the ticket that appeared in my mailbox there shouldn’t be a user error on my part.
Unrecognised error? How are you trying to send this e-mail?
That is a valid email address, Katsuki.
I was just able to send an email to them from Gmail without an issue. Perhaps try another email address if you have one if you’re still receiving the error message.
I found the issue. I hope it was a mistype but what I had clicked in my mail had an extra period at the end .com that was a little hard to notice due to the size.
