I click on the character I want to check for items and I get the error below. It’s only for this character.

Have you cleared your browser cache? Tried from a different web browser? Maybe tried from a phone via mobile data connection?
Possible none may work and that it’ll clear up in just a matter of time, also maybe worth a shot posting in the Technical Support or Website Bug Report forums. Support Site Feedback forum might be a good spot, too.
I can try that. However, like I said, it’s only for that one character. The other characters work fine.
I did read that part. It’s why I mentioned the cache issue first, because that’s sometimes holding onto old data that the site might be trying to load and is what’s throwing the error.

Next step would have been submitting a generic ticket for a GM to get involved and making them aware that the item restore service wasn’t working for that character.
