For some reason I can’t reply or comment on threads in other forums other than this support/CS forum.
EDIT: Like the physical “Reply” button is not visible on the bottom right corner of the comments in other forums
Do you have active game time? If so, make sure you’re posting from a character on the account that has game time. Only active accounts can post in the forums outside of he Support forums.

Yes this account is active currently
In that case, try logging out and then back in again to the forums. That usually clears it up

Just for some background. The forum account status check can take a little while to update, so if it refreshed while you were inactive or your subscription was pending, that can hold over until the next time the forum refreshes your account status. Alternately, logging out/in accesses the current account status immediately.
