my mother had two strokes back in October, and has recovered well enough that she’d like to play again. however, the strokes have affected her memory and she can’t remember her password (we had this issue with her email, but we do have access to that now).
i had to hurriedly pack her apartment and move her across the country, and in the shuffle, the authenticator was lost. i’m not really sure it even worked anymore, anyway. if she had SMS enabled (which i doubt, but, if…), then the number associated with it is long disconnected (the hospital sent her home in an uber one day, and she lost her phone and wallet that day).
TL;DR - my mum wants to play WoW again, but has no access to her authenticator nor does she remember her password. where should we start, to get her back on?
