For the past 6 days I’ve tried to add a game time card to my account. It goes through all the menus but when I click confirm it errors with: Oops! Something went wrong. I have done everything the support help says. Is there an issue with the redeem code? I’ve been seeing people saying it’s broken. In the meantime till keep trying it
You might need to contact Support to have a GM look into it. Just make sure you’re typing in the code exactly as it is printed on the card. If all else fails, you can put in a ticket using this path: https://us.support.blizzard.com/en/help/contact/182

are u including the dashes i find that helps i use time cards.

Done this last night. Will be a while before the ticket has been seen but Ill keep trying trying everyday to see if things change
Did u try adding the dashes.
Did you put the ticket in under “Not listed here” or “Account > Game-time card problem”? The former will take longer to receive a response to, but the Game-time card problem path is one of the priority ticket paths since they do want to get people back into the game as quickly as possible.
It doesnt have dashes in the code just letter and numbers
Another thing you should do, if you have purchased the Game Time code from a third party seller, such as a retail store that sells them, you might also want to try and getting in contact with them about the purchase, incase of stuff like the code has already been used, or they haven’t activated the card for you to be able to use it.

So when u go in account setting and see redeem code it should look like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx i had the same issue but i included the dashes and it worked and used caps for the letters.
Tried with dashes and still same error.
Ur sure its for the NA servers and not the EU servers should say on the back.
Im on US Servers but from Aussie so play on OCE servers. Its from this region
Right but ive gone to a game store and they were selling the EU region game time cards not the NA regions EU game cards wont work on NA accounts.
Question, where did you purchase the game time card? Because if you purchase from a retailer, you might need to get in contact with that retailer, incase of as mentioned:
It is highly unlikely here in Australia. Finding a EU Game Time card being sold here is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
I thot the same thing but i found some at my local game store.
Back in WoD, I’ve tried everywhere that would sell them in a store, and none sells for EU. They can be purchased online here through sites like eBay, but have never found a store that sells them. One of the major retailers here, JB Hi-Fi, that does sell the game time codes will order in for EU only on request, and they could take a while to receive.
Anyways i think were derailing a little debating this. OP try again with dashes forget my suggestion about all caps just type as it and make sure u sure about the letters.
This was the issue! After 5-6 days of waiting for a ticket, getting a robot/AI response and finally getting a GM about 10hrs later they confirmed that the code was indeed deactivated and was not properly activated upon purchase. I took it back and they gave me a newly activated card.
BLIZZARD DOES NOT USE AI OR BOTS FOR GM’s. Now with that out of the way I am glad to hear it got sorted out.
