Can't Realm Transfer (service pending but it isnt)

I’m trying to buy a Character transfer moving from Stormrage back to Area 52 but the shop is telling me “This character has the requested service pending”. I’m assuming that is because I have a faction change that has yet to be used. No the optional “Change faction to Alliance (add $30)” box is not checked. No I do not have something waiting for me to collect in my vault.

Looking on reddit(https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/httbbl/help_cannot_realm_transfer_because_of_pending/) it appears it is the faction change that is preventing this.

This link (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/26066) also recommends I contact yall because the suggestions given did not solve the problem.

Yes, pending Race and Faction Changes will prevent any additional character services from being used. Most digital purchases are final, but if this was fairly recent and hasn’t been used yet, our staff may be able to help.

You’ll want to request a refund for the Faction Change, once that goes through you should be able to use the Transfer option.
