I got logged out saying that I ran out of sub time, I tried to set up another subscription and it said it took, but I still am inactive. Wondering if this might have to do with a refund I got prior, when I was trying to gift game time to a friend.
It looks like you are currently in-game, Arinek. Does that mean your issue is resolved or were you referring to Classic access or a different license?

My subscription is good until September 1st why is it making try to buy it again? I didn’t have this problem yesterday when playing… just trying to play classic WoW
You’ll have to be a bit clearer, Duffin. What is making you try to buy “it”, assuming game time, again?
Are you getting an error when trying to log into Classic? Or are you perhaps seeing an advertisement when you log into the Battle.net Desktop app? If the latter, you just need to click the X in the upper right corner of the pop up and it will go away.
Hello, I am also having problems reinstating my subscription. I tried twice and got a confirmation both times but nothing has changed and it’s not showing up in my transaction history. I’m afraid to try again because I don’t want to be charged mulitple times. Am I just being impatient, is there a wait time for reinstatement or should I try again? Thanks

From what I can see, Lizzyb, the first two attempts failed, looks like expired payment information. The current one is queued so assuming you updated your method of payment, that may go through. If it doesn’t, try removing your method of payment completely and readding it, double check the credit card number, expiration and CVV.
