I know the requirement to queue for warfronts is ilvl 320. I just finally hit that after taking a break after launch and this would be the first opportunity to participate in the warfront. I do not have a quest to start it and also cannot queue for them at this time. Is there any other requirement I don't know about?
Battle for Stromgarde shows as an option in my Dungeon Journal, but there is no button to start the quest.

Can't you not interact with the War Table at the Port of Zandalar?
That's how I always start the Battle for Stormgarde Warfront on my Warlock.

War fronts are queued via the war table, not like dungeons. You do have to pick up a short walk through quest as well I believe, that should be close by, as well as a portale to Arathi for the rare hunt phase.
I can't interact with the table, and there are no quests available in the area for me to take. It's possible I had picked up a quest in the past and maybe stopped mid chain, but I have no way of knowing that. There is nothing in my log.

I used the Wowhead Quest Completion Tracker to look up your character and it looks like you need to complete the Touring the Front quests in Arathi.
According to WoWHead you have to unlock World Quests before you can do the quest that unlocks the ability to do Warfronts.

Yep. I apparently took the quest and ported to arathi, but never did the followup. I had to manually travel to Arathi to pick up and complete that quest, then I was able to queue.
