Can't play Cata?

So I went to Pagle and Mankirk, but it only shows as WoW classic. I can’t see Outland or Northrend. There are no new races or class combinations to choose from. Am I doing something wrong? How can I play classic Cata?

There’s a separate client for Cata Classic. You should be able to select an option for Cataclysm Classic from the BattleNet interface, where you would choose Classic vs Retail.
