I refreshed and it finally moved past but then after you continue to move forward, it tells you to right click the player. I can no longer right click the player and if I right click his name from chat, the option isn’t there to report.
I will try opening one online.

If you were trying to report a player in-game, then the right-click report method was the preferred method for doing so.
What was the issue for which you wished to report the player?
Have you tried resetting your User Interface, Mila? That would be the best first step if you are unable to use the right click report option.
i cant open a ticket no matter what i try, im stuck and cant get the initial quest to get my rouge in shadowlands, and unless my problem fits there specific categories, icant even inform, this is frustrating. i went to icecrown, started to hear bolvar, got kicked offline, came back, and there is literally no way to progress, other than listen for bolvars instructions, i waited 45 mins nothing…how the heck can i fix this, or even ask blizzard for help?
Have you tried abandoning the quest and retaking it? If you were disconnected part way through and missed part, that would be the best option.
You may need to return to Stormwind and go through the Deathgate again, but I would start by just abandoning the quest and speaking with Bolvar again.
It’s basic quest troubleshooting.
First thing is don’t bump a thread a year later as your issue isn’t the same as what the OP started the thread for. Next, try a full UI reset which involves closing the game and launcher, opening your WoW directory and deleting or renaming your WTF, Cache, and Interface folders. Restart the game without any addons installed at this point and see if the issue persists.
