Can't move my PvP Talents onto action bar

As the title says, I can't move my PvP talents onto my action bar but I can move my regular talents. I have logged in and out. And restarted the game and still the same issue happens.

I have also tried turning Warmode on, and moving them and it's still not moving onto my action bar.

Make sure the pvp talents that you are attempting to move are active abilities versus passive ones.

Have you tried from both your spellbook and talent window?

Um. That was it.

I did just have a certain kind of candy...

I'll just blame it on that.
