AMD FirePro D500 3GB
I have fully and successfully downloaded current patch but cannot logon
to game. Even though I sometimes see the realm window before the crash
and they all say “Incompatible” - I was fine yesterday but after this patch
I’ve had nothing but crashes, logging to game is not possible (Account Current)

Check the Battlenet launcher and make sure it doesn’t need to be updated. If it does, there should be a little green icon in the upper left corner where the drop down for setting is located.

As Cyntaria said, open the launcher to check for updates. There was one earlier tonight.
This should (at time of this post) be the most current version.

‘check for updates’ is grayed out.
If that option isn’t available, try restarting the desktop app. You may need to go into your task manager and make sure it isn’t still running in the background.
If you continue to have an issue, restart your computer.
