Can't login to this specific character

I’m getting stuck at the loading screen. I can login on other characters.
Disabling all addons didn’t work.
Repairing game files didn’t work.
Move character service didn’t work.
I don’t get any error message, only stuck on loading screen forever.

If you are unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.

I forgot to mention I had already done that. It wasn’t via this link but I got a GM message.

Yes. Stuck on loading screen.

Only advice I can offer at this point would be to submit another ticket - via the link I posted above - and tell them that your character is still unable to be logged in to at this time and that all previous attempts at moving the character via the character stuck service and tickets have not helped.

Do you recall where you logged out when you started experiencing this issue?

I played last night, logged out in Dornogal. Couldn’t login today.

Alright. I think that is what the issue is.

Generally when a Game Master receives a stuck ticket they try to move the character to a different continent. That usually will resolve the issue and allow you to log back in. It looks like they moved the character to a similar location in Dornogal.

It looks like you have another stuck ticket in, so a GM should be looking at it soon if not already.

I’m afraid this isn’t a point of contact for direct support. If you put in a ticket you have taken the step you need to take.

Update: After 3 more interactions with a GM moving my character I’m finally able to login. Thank you everyone.
