I had this issue last night. Rolling my wifi driver back seemed to fix it. I think it might’ve been a Windows update conflicting with bnet.
But given how many people are experiencing it now, maybe it was a different thing.
I was able to log in now

I can log in but theres no mobs
I can log in and get to the character selection screen. Once I select a character and try to enter the game, the loading screen loads until about 75% of the way, hangs, and then I crash back to the log in screen with Error WOW51900319. Optimum customer logging in from NJ, trying to access the Moon Guard server.

I get charter with this name already exists on one character and disconnected / unable to log into server on any other.
