Cant login anymore after character transfer

I have transfered 3 characters yesterday in wow classic and was able to play with all 3 characters without any problems. I logged in a few hours ago and everything was still normal. Now after i slept a few hours, I cant log in on those 3 characters anymore. All i get is this message:

you cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete

I tried to force update my account by changing the password, but it didnt work.

Aye, it does look like there may have been an issue processing the payment here. A ticket will allow the Game Masters to review that for you.
