I’m trying to log into another battle net account i own but it’s asking me to put in authenticator code from my device but it’s not giving me a code to enter so i can’t log on.

There’s an option in the app to use a manual code. Have you tried that by chance?
It’s not giving me that option.
just keeps telling me to enter a code from my device when i try log into the battle net app
but then when i try to log onto my phone to get the code from the authenticator it’s telling me the same thing and won’t let me access a code
Did you recently change phones? Usually we’d see this when someone replaces a phone with a new one and didn’t restore the old authenticator to the new phone.
Nope still same phone
Have you tried completely restarting your phone?
Just tried and still same thing. still can’t log on
Ok, so, I am looking through everything, and I think one option you might have to try is removing your authenticator from your Battle.net account, then re-attaching it.
Maybe someone else might have another solution, but that is the only option I can think off.
I guess i will just give up on the account cause i don’t know what else to do
I mean, there’s no reason to ‘give up’ without first trying.

But i can’t log into the account so if i tried that on this account then it still wouldn’t help me

When trying to remove the authenticator from your Battle.net account, there is other options in other to gain access to help remove the authenticator.

This doesn’t help in my case sadly.
Normally i can approve or deny but that’s not working. when i type my email and password in on both the phone app and the launcher it says ‘enter a code from your authenticator device’ but i’m unable to receive any code cause i can’t access the normal authenticator part that would normally let me approve or deny
You might have to create another Battle.net account, and get in contact with Blizzard support. Use the link Perl linked earlier:
Explain the situation, and the Battle.net account you’re having trouble with, and be prepared for any security question’s they might need you to ask you.
Sorry, I’m getting tired, and I think I’m linking the wrong links. But basically, would need to contact Blizzard Support.
I will keep trying and see what i can do.
Hoping maybe a blue can come in and maybe have any suggestions or could look and see if they can do anything to help me.

Just to be clear, you did set up the Battle.net Mobile App on your phone, it was working previously?
If you have, even if you are logged out of the app currently on your phone there should be an option to use the Authenticator. It should look like this with the option to Open Authenticator down at the bottom:
If you click that it should take you to this screen, where if you click Enter Code Manually, it should take you to the screen that shows you the Authentication Code:
Are you not getting any of that?
That first image i can see but when i click login and type in my email and password it comes up with a box asking for a code but i couldn’t access the code like i normally would.
But i have just fixed the issue and am back logged into the account.
What happens if you don’t click log in. Just click Open Authenticator?

The option where it says open authenticator wasn’t there so i might of been getting a slight different page.
So yeah i only had the option to login or go back and when i clicked go back it would just want me to type in my email and password again
