Playing WoW Classic on the Anniversary Realms. From today, I’ve been unable to login to the world on my level 1 bank alt. My other characters work just fine, but when attempting to login on my bankalt. The loading screen gets stuck for awhile then takes me back to character screen with a message saying “World Server is Down.”
Is there anything I can do to fix this? A good portion of my gold and items are on my bank alt…
If this error happens on only one character, you can resolve it by moving the character. If the issue persists, reset your user interface and try again.
Just tried this, and it doesn’t appear to be working. Furthermore, when trying to launch the game from the Blizzard launcher, it is now taking several minutes for the game to launch. It was mostly instantaneous before today…
Might need to then head over to Tech Support where they may be able to help further.
Question, have anything changed on your system? Have you kept all your drivers up to date? This is the only thing I can think off for that, but I could be wrong. As I said, head over to Tech Support, someone there might be able to help you out further. They might know what to do.
