Can’t log in since patch 11.1.5 came out, the screen are stuck on ‘Retrieving character list’ and it’s loading until 80% -ish, I’ve been waiting for like 1 hour and still nothing happens.

same issue, tried deleting cache, restarted computer, just keep getting black screen and retrieving character list
im dealing with the same issue stuck in character select with loading bar around 80%
