how do i get to the new EULA – cant login it just keeps popping up and nothing happens !!!

Of the EULA… It’s a long document.
Nothing pops up – I try to log in and it says there is a new EULA and i press ok and my browser just opens up to the homepage of my account settings and thats all i see - game time - email - address etc. nothing else
Try restarting the launcher, if you have to, reboot your computer. Also make sure your system and browser are up to date.
edit: on a lark, check your security settings too,

Unfortunately no, a blue isn’t going to be able to clear that for you.
Try logging out of the launcher, then rebooting and then lo back in again and see if it pops up.

I never got the new EULA. I feel left out 
If I’m mistaken, it was a terms of sale, not eula. You could push it to the launcher by logging out, then back in. There’s a highlight thread in the changes somewhere.

Have you tried the following?
I had another MVP reach out to me to say that they cleared their browser’s cache and then logged back into the website and it popped up with the new Terms of Sale again and it worked for them too 
You can give that a go too!
