None of the above fixes worked. I had the problem before and after updating my AMD GPU. I decided to do an old-school fix and delete the WTF folder and it finally loaded.

Not working here. Also an AMD (6800xt). I haven’t played in a few weeks and just spent the last hour trying to launch… It just gets stuck loading the exe and never responds. GPU drivers nice and up to date and reset, windows up to date and rebooted multiple times… Scan and repair/reboot blah blah did jack-all.

Also deleted wtf/cache folders. Did nothing… It didnt even make a new WTF folder because the program/game isnt even able to load to that point!
So glad I literally had just dropped 90+$ on the pre purchase 10 minutes before realizing the game wont load. I’m sure they will fix it in a day or two, when I don’t have the time to play again, as usual these days.
