I have tried logging out and logging back in and /reload but I am still able to interact with the architect table to build my garrison
Lets start with a full UI reset not the same as reloading/uninstalling/disabling addons.

well, just tried that plus the advanced troubleshooting but still nope. Thanks for the help though

Have you tried leaving the Garrison completely and then returning? Might be best to see if you can leave Draenor completely if possible.
I have had issues with the Architect Table not recognizing blueprints I had just learned and thus had to leave for the game to acknowledge I knew them. Perhaps having your character leave might help with this situation as well.

yes but not after the ui reset so I will give that a try, I didnt even think of doing that after the ui reset but thats for giving me the tip
