Can't Get Wrathion Awaits On My Main Toon

I basically did some of the Waking Shores quests, leveling my Main Toon. For the most part I ran dungeons to level to 70. I started hearing people were getting World Quest by completing campaigns. I am stuck. I have no quests in Waking Shores. I am 2/4 for campaigns. The campaign log says to pick up "Wrathion Awaits"quest in Waking Shores. He should be at Obsidian Bulwhark (I did the quest on an alt), he’s not there and I can’t move forward!

Is your posting character the main toon in question?

I believe that is where that quest ends, but it starts south of the Bulwark at the wild hatchery. You normally should be able to see it on your map.

Did you skip any of the campaign by speaking to Kalendormu?

I had the same problem, was driving me crazy! I just tried clicking “trivial quests” to show on the map and it popped right up at the Wild Hatchery for me.

Keep in mind that this is two months later and there is a skip for this questline now at level 70. There will be a Bronze Dragon at the Obsidian Citadel and if you talk to them, it’ll skip the campaign and take you right to the WQs and dailies for Wrathion and Sabellian.

Sorry for the necro. But I’m having this issue too. I need to complete the Waking Shores story to get access to a battle pet needed for one of the Felcycle secrets. But Alexstrasza isn’t spawning and there’s no Bronze Dragon or anything that would let me continue the story at the Wild Hatchery or Obsidian Citadel.

Obviously, I have trivial quests on. Would be kinda hard to be doing Low-level quests without. it should honestly always just be on my default imo

I did /reload, I’ve logged on and off, I’ve flown back and fourth between Obsidian Citadel, the Wild Hatchery, and the Ruby Life pools to see if I’ve missed anything. I haven’t from what I can tell. I’ve literally just been following the story starting with " Explorers in Peril ", without skipping any story quests. After the cutscene plays where Wrathion has a temper tantrum and says he’ll go save the Black Dragon eggs by himself or whatever, Alexstrasza just simply doesn’t spawn to give me Wrathion Awaits.
