Hello. I having some trouble getting through the WOD intro sequence on this character. After burning the Bleeding Hollow huts I came to this point where a bunch of major characters are just standing around. No quests available. No clear clickables. When I walk far away I get ported back by Kadgar. I am trying to do this intro so I can get access to my garrison hearthstone. I’ve tried skipping directly to draenor, but no quests show up where my garrison should be. I don’t see any quests I can just abandon and restart no quest markers on the map. At this point I am lost and have no idea what to do. Which is why I am asking.

From what I can see you didn’t pick up Vengeance for the Fallen or Bled Dry.
Make sure you have Low Level Tracking turned on so you can see the exclamation points for the quests. If you are going through those quests at level 80 they are considerably under your level and won’t be visible automatically.

EDIT: Yes. It worked. I turned on the thing for the map to show low levels quests and found those. Completed them then the questing was proceeding as normal. Thank you very much!
