As the title says. I have a priest I boosted, I dont think I ever got a dalaran hearthstone and if I did it is gone now, and the quest to start legion is not available on my hero board.
A 110 boost, or 120?
Also, did you check the portal hall, to see if you had a portal to Dalaran in the Broken Isles?

120 boost, and i cant get into the portal hall. the portal in stormwind wont let me in. i have to go through old dalaran to get in there. But no I still only have old Dalaran
If you can’t get into the portal room, then it sounds like you’re currently on a quest that has Stormwind phased for you. Have a look in your quest log or at your map and see if there are any objectives to complete right now.

I only have the beginning quests for BfA in my quest log.
That will usualy do it try completing those.

Which part is still not working? Are you still not able to access the portal room? If not, then there’s still a part of a quest that has you phased in Stormwind.

Have you looked at the Stormwind map to see if there are any ! marked upon it? Those would indicate important quests that have not been acquired as of yet (and some can phase parts of Stormwind).
Here are some of the quests than can cause phasing:
Demons Among Us from Jace Darkweaver – Stormwind Keep
Illidari Allies from Jace Darkweaver – Stormwind Keep
Shores of Fate from Maiev – Stormwind Keep
In addition, other players have reported that taking & completing the intro quest lines for Pandaria (Hero’s Call: Jade Forest! & To Pandaria!) and Twilight Highlands (Hero’s Call: Twilight Highlands! & Twilight Shores) have helped them phase back into the portal room.
