Can't get new swords added to the trading post reward today

I completed the traveler’s log on Nov. 1st and now I can’t get the two swords added to the arsenal today (Nov. 4th). There is a vendor named Melikree in Org next to the trading post who claims to offer the swords for free but if you try to get them you get an “Item is Locked” error message. I can’t re-loot the tender cache to get them either. Do I just have to open a ticket or is a fix coming?

Same here sadly. I see the vendor too, just said item is locked.
