Can't get new Dalaran or Garrison Hearthstone

Back playing again after some months away. Logged in and didnt have Dalaran Hearth or Garrison Hearth.

Went to Dalaran and talked to Amisi but she didn’t have an option of getting a new one. Same with Provisioner Rashma in my Garrison. Neither of them had it to buy or as a selection when I right click them.

Lil help plz

They’re toys now. So if you have them already on another character, learn them and they’ll be accessible for you on the rest of your characters.
