Anyone else getting a black character screen?

Me either man… And it has me trying to log into a server that I don’t even have a character on…

I swear these Developers are the WISH version of what this game used to have… They could give Funcom a run for their money.

Me either. I had a small update. It ran its coarse then I tried to log in and same as you blackish screen, shows realms and back drop none of my characters. I exited restarted computer and still have same results.

I went afk. Came back and it said my PC was on the bios screen saying the CPU overheated.

Checked system. Cleaned dust. Restarted PC.

Now I can’t login. Putting me on the wrong server. Shows no toon on my main server. Won’t load past black screen.

EDIT:

Delete cache folder. Reloaded game. Waiting on a black screen for a couple mins. Finally loaded.

Same thing for me on Pagle, finally loads my characters and now its saying character not found and cant get ingame.

Same here. I sat for a bit, and my character screen popped up. Then, when I tried to log in, I got “character not found.”

I’m getting “Character Not Found” after a lengthy wait to log in. Then dropped back to character select screen.

Sounds like it could be a hardware related issue.

I ran the scan and repair in the launcher for mists classic and it did the trick!

I’ve been experiencing black screen at log in, off and on for two months. I thought it was my Nvidia updates at first. Started running clean installation for that. It worked until a few days ago. Now, black screen is back and I haven’t figured it out. I even took my computer to Best Buy and it worked there. I then thought maybe it’s a connection issue at home. Checked wifi, says it’s strong. I don’t know. It’s so frustrating. I thought I needed a new computer, even though this one is less than a year old. It must be the game.
