can someone help me get this character to play?
the character in question is not saying it’s location?

Try staying loged out for 30 min completly of the character you can try a Full UI reset https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549 a corrupted UI can cause issues.

if that doesn’t work,what then and how do I put a picture of a screenshot on here?

Well if ur trust is high enough u could post on imagur theres another way to post links usualy without the http but can u say exactly what the message is.

You will need to upload your screenshot to an image hosting site (such as imgur.com) and you will then be given an URL that you can post here.

If you lack the ability to directly post links (requires Trust Level 3), then highlight your image URL and click the </> icon above where you are typing.

That will allow the whole URL to be posted (albeit without the ability to click it directly). It will look similar to this:

www.worldofwarcraft.com

Then anyone wanting to visit the link can merely copy/paste your link.
