Cant get Calling of the Council to show up

I grabbed the quest a while back and accidentally abandoned it and now i cant figure out how to get the quest back to start leigon

Have you completed the Dragonflight epilogue Harbinger quests on that character? It might be phased.

i did complete the epilogue on it yes before i started the legion stuff idk if that matters tho
is it possible to get still get the quest?

Is this for your level 80 Night Elf Druid?

If you’ve completed all the quests up to that point you should be able to speak to Archivist Elysiana in the Violet Citadel. She’ll ask if you want to hear a tale from the past.
