I’m not seeing any other reports of that happening and just tested it myself and my dragon flies just fine.
Are you using Skyward Ascent?
You might try resetting your User Interface and see if that helps.

I am having the same problem.
Did you have to completely uninstall CurseForge?
You can try enabling/disabling your various addons and see if you can narrow down what is causing it.
Reverting to default is usually easiest, then you can pick up fresh versions of the addons you use.

I also can’t fly after the new patch. I’ve tried disabling all of my addons but nothing seems to work. I can fly on my main character but not my alt. Did blizz add a questing requirement to dragonriding now?

Don’t believe there was any change. Just jumped on all my alts, even a level 62, doing craft weeklies for research, and none had problems with dragon flying.

It’s only my evoker that has this issue. Every other alt can fly. Strange
No success so far.
Deactivated ALL addons, made no difference.
Still can’t fly 
Also Battle.net app still shows green line Pre-release content downloaded. Wondering about that one.
Even though I am on Version 10.1…
Deactivating wont fix a corrupted ui which could cause ur is try a proper reset.

I’m having the same issue and only with my evoker. Logged into my other chars and dragonriding works fine.
You might want to file a bug report about Evokers losing Dragon-flight.

I encountered this same issue on one of my characters.
I went to SW and found out i couldn’t fly a regular flying mount in old content. So i ran over to the Flying trainer near the SW flight path and i had to purchase a few of the flying options to be able to fly again. Tested the dragon riding in dragon isles and i can now fly again.
Tldr; Go to Stormwind and see if you can purchase flying skills from the flight skill vendor near the Flightpath.

Im having the same problem. LVL 68 could fly yesterday before the patch, cant fly today after the patch. no i dont have old world flying, i didnt need it to fly in dragonflight.

but from looking at a few other posts, it looks like Evokers have had their dragonriding talents reset?

The not having the other flying iterations seems to be a common thread. I’ve seen at least one person say they went back and purchased all of the older skills and it fixed the issue. Whether or not you want to give that a go or wait and see if anything comes about from it, that is your choice.
It also may be fixed after this morning’s maintenance, so we shall see in time too. I’d just keep an eye on for the hotfix list whenever that crops up.

It was marked as a solution by Angrysubzero. If they found my answer to be a solution for their issue that is up to them.
As for your issue, Barrathewrld, I didn’t see a level 68 character so I assume you leveled it to 70 already. I tested a couple of your level 70 characters and had no issue flying on the Dragon Isles so if you are having an issue on a specific character, knowing which character would help.
We do have other reports in that are being looked into, but being able to reproduce what you are experiencing can be helpful.

I just finished with a complete User Interface Reset.
Unfortunately it did NOT solve the problem, still unable to fly!
Saw this now listed as a bug for the 10.1 release, with no work around at this time!
Did you check to see if buying flying in Stormwind/Orgrimmar was an option and if it fixes it?
