Cant Finish Scenario: Remember the Sunwell for Belf Heritage Armor

Howdy,

I get to the bottom of the sunwell and Kael just stands there.

I can’t finish the quest and get my heritage armor. I’ve looked at all the fourms and wowhead. Most say dont use add ons, however, I dont use any at all. Lots of people are saying its just bugged. Can someone please assist me?
