Is there another way that doesn’t break TOS?

Asking the store to make a special order for you, I used to work in merchandising for their competitor and they don’t bring very much in because they’re not sure it’ll sell.

Depends on what terms you care about.
Blizzard ToS is chill with it, even lets you redeem the code on any region (aka if you were a US person playing WoW in EU = no problem).
Mountain Dew Gaming says the promotion is for US citizens only.
Look for the bottles in convenience stores.
Scalpers are cleaning out the case packs in big retailers, apparently.
Mission accomplished.

There’s not really much that can be done about it, unfortunately.
Sometimes stores will put limits on purchases but I doubt your average grocery store is going to give two figs about the integrity of a video game promotion if some dingus wants to buy $2500 worth of Mountain Dew at once.

Checked my local Walmart. Saw nothing stocked. Asked about the promo and local merchandisers knew nothing of it.

Have you checked your local schools. These promotions are aimed at kids.
Not to mention people just taking pics of chip bags, or employee farming bags for codes to sell.

I would avoid the major retailers if possible. Check those local convenience stores. That’s where I found some.

You have to catch the Pepsi vendors if they are in the store. I work for Pepsi and right now all I can order into my Walmart are the Red 20oz bottles. All the gamefuel 12 packs are out of stock in my area (Virginia) and that happened two weeks after release. Though the regular MT dew 12 packs and cubes still have the D4 stuff on them.
My Walmart only just started getting this in yesterday. They said most of their stores haven’t gotten new shipments from the distributors yet to even stock the new stuff.
The promo goes until Jan 31st, so there’s plenty of time if people would just chill. lol

Yeah, that’s kind of what I figured. I checked my local Walmart the day the promo went live and there was absolutely nothing. They might need time to stock up.

The stores near me don’t have the 12 packs, but do have the single bottles with Xbox logos near the register. I just bought 6 to get the mount.
Mine was some off the wall bitcoin/convenience store hybrid. 
Like, I went in with zero expectations and was pleasantly surprised to see their coolers full of Mountain Dew with codes. If these odd places can get some, chances are it’s easier to find than some may realize.

Somre stores might have some in the back waiting to stock. usually big retailers want to get through there inventory first before setting out the new stuff.
Wegmans started putting it out yesterday, even though the promo started on the 4th.
I do have 2600 extra points currently deciding if i want to give it away or sell for in game gold. I’ll prolly stock up on more later. And yes i gave away the stuff, i dont drink it. If i want to eat that much sugar. I’d rather have some pie or cake.

Check Wawa gas stations if you have them in your area, they had both the mountain dews and the doritos.
Also it does not have to have the world of warcraft labeling just the xbox one, which are a lot more common.
