For Void Elf’s all the youtube videos to start the questline are outdated, can someone help or publish ways to start the questline to unlock void elves in 9.0 from A-Z, thanks!

I also have this issue. I don’t have BfA though, but the banner says that the only requirement is the “You are now prepared” achievement which I do have. Is there a minimum level required? All the guides out there seem to be outdated now with the patch
