Can't find ANYTHING related to Timewalking

Chromie is gone and I went to three locations listed by Google. I wondered if anyone could confirm that Timewalking has been removed with this first pre-patch. My peers won’t answer me and I’m too angry to open a ticket with Blizzard.

Chromie is right where she always is? For the Alliance, she’s sitting right under a tree outside of the Stormwind Embassy. I can vouch for her working just like she always has, I’ve been leveling a priest and have been bouncing across expansions to powerlevel her professions.

Thank you for that. I’m used to targeting her when she’s under a tree and then I guess I abstractly make it there, but since I was stressed I couldn’t find a timewalking vendor I had an issue this time, and there was some effort too.

I suppose it would make sense they’d remove timewalking vendors after level 50, however, why would they let me keep the badges, to let me know they didn’t steal them?

Timewalking event vendors are not related to what Chromie offers with being able to choose which expansion in which to level.

Also, Timewalking event vendors only stay up for 24 hours after their respective event has ended. They are on a rotation and will be repeated according to that schedule.

Your badges will stay with you and can be used at any Timewalking vendor during their respective weeks.

Also, next month with the anniversary event for WoW, you will be able to earn more badges and spend them on items from the anniversary vendors.

Which vendor are you talking about? Chromie offers you the chance to skip around to whichever expansion you want to level in.

It is different from the Timewalking Dungeon events. Those vendors are only up during whichever Timewalking week it may be. Today is the last day of the Arena Skirmish week, and I believe tomorrow starts the World Quest week. Those have a weekly quest for level 60 characters. After World Quest it should be Pandaria Timewalking week, I think? We just got off of a Cataclysm event, so Pandaria would be next in the cycle.

I’m a little confused on your issue. Let’s reset here.

  • Chromie, and her associated Chromie Time, is what you use to level up to 50 (soon, 60) in an expansion era of your choosing. She is still located in the same place, and offering the same options.
  • Timewalking is a week-long event where a certain era’s dungeons are available to earn badges to spend at vendors. The vendors all use the same badges, but the week’s specific vendor leaves after the event is over.

Which are you having an issue with?

I can’t find a Timewalking Vendor is SW anymore either. Or Dalaran… any suggestions?

Tomorrow the Pandaria Timewalking starts. There will be a vendor on the Timeless Isles for that particular loot table.

Chromie’s Timewalking is where you can level in a specific expansion. There are no vendors for that. The only “timewalking vendors” are the ones attached to the different Timewalking Dungeon events that run about every other week. Like I said, the next one is set to begin tomorrow, November 8th after servers come back up from the daily maintenance. When it is those timewalking dungeon events, there is a special vendor that pops up somewhere in that expansion’s zone. TBC is in Shattarath. Wrath is in old Northrend Dalaran. Cataclysm is in Stormwind/Orgrimmar. Pandaria is on the Timeless Isle. WoD is in Warspear/Stormshield.

Also, you can currently visit the anniversary event vendor in Caverns of Time in Tanaris and purchase items from her with your timewarped badges.
