I just transferred to Whitemane from Skyfury. But now I am stuck as Alliance, can’t faction change to Horde due to mail issue. But I don’t have anything in the mail. Need help to resolve the issue. Thanks.
You will want to put in a ticket using the following option:

They should be able to help you clear out that mail

Looks like it is the Brew of the Month Club, Rakeon. You have a ticket open already, a Game Master will likely be along fairly soon, given current response times.
