So a few months ago before choosing my main class I was trying a bunch of race/class combos to see what I liked better anyway I played a Belf pally atm but wanted to try Belf priest or rogue but I couldnt create a new character because I hit the max amount (10) so anyway I have been tryna delete the characters but it just wont let me I type in the name and nothing. I checked the mailbox for items and there was nothing anyone know how to fix the problem or why I cant?
I would disable all addons, restart comp, try again. If that doesn’t work send a support ticket to Blizz.

When you delete a toon you type “delete” in the box, not “charactername”.

This is the correct answer, I’ve done the character name to delete before it can be a little confusing since some games thats how its done. Just enter delete
