I made a new character Akahanea on Wyrmrect-Accord, can’t access my mail so because I have mail, I can’t delete this character. She also bugged out so I was thrown off the ship and there are no quests and no way to get off the island through progression.
I would really appreciate just having her deleted.

It’s technically for when the Stuck Character service fails, but was the closest thing I could think of that would get the job done. And technically, your character is stuck. So perhaps they can move it where it will let you access things, or it may be that they can delete it for you. Good luck!

It seems the mail you had contained a bit of gold, which was sent from another one of your characters that you previously deleted.
A Game Master was able to restore that character and return the gold to it. You’ll want to pick up the gold from that character within 30 days. Once the mail expires it will be purged from the system and lost.
