I have a “Salvaged Cache of Goods” stuck in my inventory and I can’t get it out no matter what I try :(. I received this crate in Northshire.
It’s been there for days now. When I right click on it nothing happens. I just want to free up the inventory spot 
Also, when I click “Clean Up Bags” it says it’s locked.
I’ve tried a full UI reset and tried moving the item to a new bag and restarting. Neither has worked.
Looks like it happened to someone else.

Looked up the item on WoWhead then I went diving into the comments.
If that didn’t work, it may take a ticket. Be aware that you will likely get a template response that will tell you to do what you’ve already done. Towards the end of it, you should have a button that is essentially “I still need help”. Reopen the ticket through that, explain that you’ve done the full and proper UI reset and that it was something other people had an issue with. Feel free to link this thread and the WoWhead bit if it’s needed.

Good! Hopefully they’ll be able to get that unborked for you. Just please have patience. It may take a day or two for the first response, but by reopening the ticket as I said above, the queue goes a bit faster in a higher queue.
I contacted support through a ticket and got a quick response (~24 hours). They deleted the “Salvaged Cache of Goods.”
For those coming across this issue in the future, I think the only way to solve it is to cut a ticket with details following the link provided by Leilleath.

Just want to touch base on this if u have a quest bug that needs a ticket keep it simple keep it short more information then needed only muddles things.
