I have completed the posted requirements of the “Secrets in the Sand” achievement and also completed the final quest line. I’ve received the “vulpera” achievement and also the mount. Yet I can not create a Vulpera character.
My highest horde toon is currently level 50. Do I need a level 60 character first or should I be able to create a Vulpera now? I don’t see it posted anywhere that a max character is required. Am I missing something?
