Just bought the memory from my Druid who’s revered with The Enlightened, learned the power in the Chamber thingy, but when I log on this guy to try and craft it, it doesn’t show as being “learned”.
Thoughts?
Can you make any legendaries on the shaman?
I’m wondering if you’re not far enough along the questline and haven’t unlocked the runecarver.
Yeah, made my 291 Witch Doctors and was sadly disappointed when I couldn’t craft Unity. Had the item and missives all ready to go 
I may be wrong, but I believe you have to finish Chapter 7 in ZM in order to craft Unity using the memory. The only thing that is account wide is the actual purchase of the memory.

Finishing 7/7 right now and will confirm. I feel like I didn’t have to on my other account though.
If I’m not mistaken, there is a Memory of Unity for each class. If you purchased one on your Druid odds are you purchased the Druid version, not the one for the Shaman.
Edit: Obviously, I was mistaken, which I cover in a later post. 
Hmm, I don’t recall that to be the case on my other account. I remember being able to craft Unity upon hitting 60 on fresh characters regardless of if I unlocked revered/Unity on another char of the same class.
Edit: You may be right. I’m not certain why you cannot though. Hopefully it is tied to the completion of the chapter.
You may want to double check that, Vrak. Memory of Unity is generic to the covenant you belong to and switches if you switch covenants. I don’t believe it’s based on class.
I purchased it once on my druid and crafted it at 291. I also crafted it at 291 on my Shaman. I just double checked and it is available to craft on both my hunter and my mage.
I can confirm that this is not the case. Bought Unity on demon hunter, was able to use it on druid and mage. Didn’t need to finish the storyline on those either.
On my 60 Shaman, who’s 3/7, the Unity memory is showing as learned for that character. I originally purchased the memory on this mage.
Just finished 7/7 still can’t craft. The Unity power shows as “greyed out” even though my Druid has it unlocked (bought it a 2nd time from the Rep vendor just to see if it bugged out the first and still nothing)
Did you trying relogging or doing a UI reload? I believe a guildie had the same issue.
It was simply based on what I could find while googling. As Game Master’s technically are intended to provide game hints/info, I don’t really have a lot of information available without delving into it and contacting other departments…
If that is how it worked for you, and the comments on Wowhead support that, then you are likely right (I’ve been lazy this expansion and haven’t really leveled anything but my main).
Hmm. then let’s ask the basic question… Have you tried resetting your User Interface, Dorfz?
Oh, and do you have all the ingredients you need on your character?

I did a lot of research on this to be able to advise my guild on what they needed to raid this tier.
Tried this, and it didn’t fix it. I bought a Base Item for my Druid just to see if the Unity power shows up for that char and it does.
Still nothing on the Shaman though… Only one that shows up is my regular covenant one.
Do you have to buy the item from the Enlightened Vendor?
I bought it, used it, gained the power (twice now), but it won’t show up on any character except the one that I bought it from. Just tried on my DH and Monk and neither of them are able to craft a Leggo with it either.
Shows up fine for the Druid and works normal…

Then I’d put in a ticket.
There is a guide on Wowhead called How to Unlock Double Legendary in Patch 9.2 - Unity Belt and Memory of Unity (can’t post a link). It clearly says “In Patch 9.2, players can unlock the ability to equip two Legendary items instead of just one. Players will unlock this feature after completing Chapter 7 of the 9.2 Campaign.”

Just put one in! Fingers crossed they can get it figured out. Dumped 1k gold into buying that pattern two more times trying to get it to work lol
