I’ve been trying for days to purchase a subscription using my international Visa card, but I keep getting the same error every time:
“Heads up! Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later.”
Here’s everything I’ve already tried:
- Used different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, even Internet Explorer)
- Cleared cache and cookies
- Tried from both desktop and mobile
- Removed and re-added my payment method
- Double-checked all billing information
- Confirmed my card has sufficient funds and supports international payments
- Turned off any VPN
- Tried at different times of day
Despite all of this, the error still shows up and I can’t complete the purchase.
This is extremely frustrating. I also found many other users (from different countries) facing the same issue, so it seems like a global problem, possibly with the payment processor.
Please let me know if this is a known issue and what the next steps are. I’d appreciate any help or updates.
