Can't Complete Payment – Tried Everything, Still Failing with International Visa

I’ve been trying for days to purchase a subscription using my international Visa card, but I keep getting the same error every time:

“Heads up! Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later.”

Here’s everything I’ve already tried:

  • Used different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, even Internet Explorer)
  • Cleared cache and cookies
  • Tried from both desktop and mobile
  • Removed and re-added my payment method
  • Double-checked all billing information
  • Confirmed my card has sufficient funds and supports international payments
  • Turned off any VPN
  • Tried at different times of day

Despite all of this, the error still shows up and I can’t complete the purchase.

This is extremely frustrating. I also found many other users (from different countries) facing the same issue, so it seems like a global problem, possibly with the payment processor.

Please let me know if this is a known issue and what the next steps are. I’d appreciate any help or updates.

It could boil down to issues of where the credit card is registered to versus where your account is issued to. That would be my first thought, but perhaps one of our SFAs can take a peek and see something that we, as other players, cannot. Things can get tricky with how certain countries accept certain kinds of payments and such.
