I try to use my food or potions but name dose not show up or put on new gear show in bag or icon show up

Then you should do a full UI reset and then test to see if that fixes your problem.

If the icons are transparent and flashing in your inventory, a quick fix is to press the alt key.

This should make them able to be usable.
