You have to save one form at a time when you do the work around from what I can tell. Figure out what you want for one using the arrow buttons (avoid the drop downs since it contributes to the problem). Save it. Exit the chair, then go back in. Change the other form and save it.

You can also add “Hey, if you use the arrows and then NEVER touch the drop down menus the forms will not bug out.”

I was also getting this bug when trying to change how the human form was for my worgen warlock but everything I did to human changed my worgen form from what I had already done to it. I posted a topic here in bug report about it last night
Can confirm, if you change to human form first, then use the arrows instead of the dropdown, then accept, it works!
