Can't change phone number because I don't have my old phone number

My account currently has an old phone number attached to it, and when I try to change to my new number, it sends a text to the old number… how am I supposed to update to my new phone number? I tried submitting a ticket, but the ticket submission page is buggy and won’t let me submit anything.

Have u tried live chat that would probabaly be the easiers make sure u dont stray away from the window.

If you are just trying to remove a phone number did you try i t through the account details page?

When I try to remove SMS protect on my own, it won’t let me enter anything in the boxes. I get a red circle with a line going through it. The page is incredibly glitchy/buggy - I can’t even fill out the comment box and click send.
