keeps telling me incorrect, even though typed it correct.
tried this before, cleared cache etc, resulted in my characters not showing up in forums after.(got fixed later)
password though, still keeps giving me this error when try to change it
I’m not sure I understand where it’s failing. Are you trying to create a new password on your Account Management page? (https://account.blizzard.com/security)
If so, which password is it saying your typing incorrectly? The old Password or the new Password?

there both typed correct (i tried changing it after saw verification email)
but each time try to replace old password, with new one keeps saying it not correct.
even though both spellcheck are correct in typo
Try logging out of the Blizzard account and requesting a reset from this page.
