Can't change my covenant back

So I am trying to swap my covenant back to Necrolord and I’ve talked to the guy, waited 3 days now, and completed the quest Prove Your Worth for Necrolord and my covenant hasn’t swapped yet. I’ve done the campaign quests for my current covenant and still can’t swap?
Anyone know why?

My guess, you will need to wait until the next reset if the above still is the case. Prove your worth was the first part, the second will show at the next reset.

Hopefully, if that is not the case or if it changed since the guides published, someone will add to this post.

I hope not, the last GM I talked to sent me this link https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000277646
hoping I don’t have to wait for the weekly reset zZzZ… lol

From Wowhead’s Prove Your Worth comments:

It’s not supposed to be easy or convenient to switch between covenants, so the weekly reset wouldn’t be too out of the ordinary in making you wait.
