Can't Cast Displacement in a Macro When Shimmer is Talented

On my frost mage, when I try to cast Displacement in a macro when Shimmer is talented, I get an error — “Spell not found”.

Macro:

/stopcasting
/cast Displacement

The macro works with normal Blink.

The macro errors with Shimmer.

Shimmer is causing the macro to pull the spellid from legion
Tooltip on the left is current displacement, while the one on the right is the tooltip the macro is pulling, which matches spellid 212801, which was removed in shadowlands.

Bumping this… looks like it’s still happening in War Within expansion.
