If anyone sees this thread in the future and wonders what might be happening because the bug still isn’t fixed:

Can't Cast Displacement in a Macro When Shimmer is Talented

Shimmer is causing the macro to pull the spellid from legion Tooltip on the left is current displacement, while the one on the right is the tooltip the macro is pulling, which matches spellid 212801, which was removed in shadowlands. [image]
